APGE's 4.4-star aggregate is sourced from Trustpilot, Google reviews, BBB customer reviews, and Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) customer-protection records. We exclude one-time installation complaints (those reflect TDU issues, not the REP) and weight verified-customer reviews more heavily.
Per-star distribution charts and per-component scores (bill accuracy, support, online experience, value) will appear here once we connect a real review pipeline. We won't synthesize them from the headline number.
