No-Deposit Electricity in Fort Worth

Oncor territory, same as Dallas. Same plans available — but often different winning plans at your address.

Fort Worth basics

Fort Worth is in Oncor territory, the same TDU that covers Dallas and most of North Texas. ZIP codes 760-762 are Fort Worth proper, 761 covering Arlington and the Mid-Cities. Any REP licensed in Oncor territory can serve Fort Worth — so you have the same universe of options as Dallas residents.

Why plan pricing differs slightly from Dallas

The TDU delivery charges are identical across all of Oncor. But REPs sometimes price their plans differently by location — segmenting by ZIP clusters to optimize for acquisition costs, demographic patterns, or historical usage averages. The same product from a major REP may be listed a few tenths of a cent higher in one ZIP cluster than in another.

Implication: don't assume because your cousin in Dallas got a great rate that the same plan at the same rate is available at your Fort Worth address. Check with your ZIP.
